To import .chemx/.json animation into Blender, please follow these steps to run the script in Blender:

1. Open Blender software
2. Delete all objects in the default scene (press A to select all, then X to delete)
3. Switch to Scripting workspace (select from top menu bar)
4. Click "New" in the text editor to create a new text file
5. Copy and paste or directly drag the generated Python script into Blender text editor
6. Click "Run Script" button (or press Alt + P)
7. Wait for script execution to complete
8. Switch back to Layout workspace to view results

Note: Dragging .py file directly to other Blender windows is invalid, run the script through Blender text editor.After script execution is complete, remember to manually save the scene file.
